• Assist in the design and creation of graphics to support the RFQ/RFP/Interview process
• Manage the integration of brand strategy and visual design concepts
• Support the team in utilizing current and emerging technologies
• Assist marketing manager(s) in concept development of graphic elements to graphically link materials of proposal submissions
• Support various needs for RFQ/RFP/Interview process for pursuits
• Resume creation
• Product Data Sheet (PDS) creation
• Leave behind
• Interview presentation templates
• Create detailed charts, graphs, sketches and mock‑ups
• Support various internal projects, as needed, such as the Quarterly newsletter
• Management and creation of the social media content calendar, postings/graphics and monthly content meetings
• Maintain in‑house project progress photos and utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, etc. to develop high‑quality images
• Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects and manage time to meet all deadlines
• Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned

• Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Graphic Design or Design Related degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Attention to detail and highly organized with good time‑management skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate
• Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in a deadline‑driven and team environment
• Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative suite of applications
• Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week
• Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested

The employee regularly performs work on‑site at construction work sites, office locations, and/or off‑site venues. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
