We are seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join our expanding anesthesia team supporting multiple ASCs across Metro Detroit. This opportunity offers an outstanding work–life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call, no nights, and no weekends.

The ideal candidate is experienced in regional anesthesia and comfortable practicing both independently and within a collaborative care team model.

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care in ASC environments across Metro Detroit
• Perform regional anesthesia procedures with skill and confidence
• Practice autonomously while collaborating effectively within a care team
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, comfort, and communication
• Support efficient case flow and foster excellent relationships with surgeons and staff

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency
• Demonstrated experience in regional anesthesia
• State Medical License
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
