• Inpatient Setting:
  • No APP coverage
  • Access to lab, radiology, EEG, MRI, Stroke Network
• Clinic Providers:
  • 2-3 providers at a time
• Patient Load:
  • 6-8 patients per day
• EMR:
  • Cerner

• Radiologic exam interpretation
• Thrombolytic therapy
• EEG
• Brain Death Exam
• Evoked Potentials

• Certification:
  • Board certified providers only (No BE)
• Privileging Timeline:
  • Facility can privilege a clean provider in 10 days from application receipt

• Rates and Availability:
  • Must be submitted at the time of name clear (Required, no exceptions)
• Certifications:
  • Board Certified (No BE)
  • ACLS (Required)
• License:
  • Active MI license (Not accepting IMLC, Required with no exceptions)
• Background:
  • Clean background with no actions (Minimum malpractice is OK, Required)
• Experience:
  • Prior experience (Completed Fellowship with a minimum of 2-3 years, Required with no exceptions)
• Vaccination:
  • COVID Vaccine (Required)

• ACLS
• Board Certified
• PALS
