Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist to deliver onsite diagnostic services, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI case evaluations. The ideal candidate will be CAQ-certified or eligible, enjoy collaborative teamwork, and be committed to excellence in pediatric imaging. Required Skills:
- Pediatric Radiology fellowship training**
- CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology**
- Proven experience in pediatric imaging modalities, including X-ray, US, CT, and MRI**
- Ability to read and interpret all pediatric imaging cases accurately**
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor**
- Ability to manage quick turnaround times and prioritize patient care**
- Experience with Nuclear Medicine procedures**
- Prior work at children's hospitals or pediatric specialty centers**
- Familiarity with hospital EMR and PACS systems**
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities**
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school**
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology with a focus on Pediatric Radiology**
- CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology**
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric radiology experience in a hospital setting**
- Onsite coverage at Children's Hospital of Michigan**
- Availability for approximately 1 week of coverage per month, ideally Monday through Sunday, with flexibility to accept Thursday to Sunday shifts**
- Shift times:
Monday – Friday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday/Sunday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., and call shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.** - Submission of case logs and clean malpractice history required**
- Willingness to travel or work additional shifts as needed**
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
