If you are passionate about crafting powerful learning experiences across eLearning, ILT, and VILT—using cutting-edge authoring tools and creative media—you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do Lead with Insight and Strategy
  • Conduct needs assessments, audience analysis, and task analysis to identify performance gaps and define the most effective learning approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and SMEs to understand business challenges and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
  • Perform independent research to anticipate learner needs, validate findings, and ensure instructional accuracy—especially for technical, engineering, or manufacturing content.
Design Exceptional Learning Experiences
  • Develop high‑quality eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
  • Design engaging instructor‑led training (ILT) sessions (facilitator guides, participant guides, activities).
  • Design engaging virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) experiences using virtual platforms and interactive strategies.
  • Write compelling creative content (scripts, scenarios, simulations, case studies, assessments).
  • Create learning assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, etc.) to elevate design quality.
  • Use multimedia, animation, and storytelling to make technical content digestible and engaging.
Innovate & Not Just Execute
  • Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies, methods, and innovative approaches.
  • Explore and apply AI‑driven tools for content generation, media creation, and learning enhancement.
  • Continuously bring forward creative ideas, new formats, and design improvements.
Develop with Precision
  • Use rapid content development tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, Vyond) to build polished courseware.
  • Architect learning solutions that include simulations, practice activities, animations, decision trees, and knowledge checks.
  • Ensure learning materials are instructionally sound, accessible, visually appealing, and technically robust.
Collaborate & Deliver
  • Facilitate virtual and in‑person design sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative cross‑functional team.
  • Manage projects efficiently—anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines consistently.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning science, and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Articulate Storyline
    • Articulate Rise
    • Vyond
    • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience designing both:
    • Instructor‑Led Training (ILT)
    • Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT)
  • Ability to translate complex technical, engineering, or manufacturing concepts into clear, engaging learning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong writing and storytelling abilities.
Preferred
  • Experience designing courses for engineering, manufacturing, or technical audiences.
  • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, LMS workflows, and eLearning standards.
  • Familiarity with agile design processes.
  • Ability to visualize learning experiences and translate them into storyboards.
  • Experience using AI tools for rapid content conceptualization or design enhancement.
