Social Emotional Learning Teacher Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with social emotional learning standards and academic goals

* Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs

* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all students

* Partner with families to communicate student progress and needs

* Use data, research-based strategies, and technology to enhance learning

* Collaborate with colleagues to build a strong school community

* Support school-wide expectations, routines, and culture

Qualifications:

* Active Michigan teaching license in the appropriate content area

* Bachelor's degree in education or related field

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Commitment to student growth, equity, and engagement

* Experience in urban education preferred
