• The ideal candidate is technically strong, student-centered, and comfortable delivering instruction across multiple modalities. This role requires the ability to engage adult learners in both classroom and virtual settings using Microsoft Teams and Populi. The instructor will also collaborate with employers to ensure curriculum alignment with current industry standards and workforce demands.

• Utilize Microsoft Teams for synchronous instruction and Populi (LMS) for course content, grading, attendance, and communication.
• Develop and maintain curriculum materials, labs, projects, and assessments aligned with program outcomes and industry expectations.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment for adult learners across modalities.
• Provide timely academic feedback and support student progression.
• Monitor attendance, academic performance, and documentation in accordance with institutional and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to continuously evaluate and improve curriculum.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and industry partners to ensure program alignment with workforce needs.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and institutional initiatives.

• Professional experience in software development, web development, or related technical fields.
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
