• High school diploma or GED
• 48 college credit hours completed or Paraprofessional Certification
• At least 18 years old
• Current TB test as required by the district
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous
• Strong reliability, patience, and teamwork orientation
