Support students in Detroit-area schools as a per diem Instructional Aide, providing essential one-on-one and small group assistance that fosters academic, behavioral, and social growth. • Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support under teacher and staff guidance

• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active Para Pro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or a minimum of 36 college credits
• At least 18 years old
• Compliance with TB testing and current background clearances as per school district policy
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting tasks as needed

• Background in special education, behavioral health, child care, or school settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are advantageous but not mandatory
