Overview
Kindergarten Instructional Aide
The chosen candidate will be an Edu Staff employee.
Location Independence Elementary
Starting Date August 17, 2026
Responsibilities- Assist in producing and organizing the learning environment, equipment and materials.
- Provide individual or small group student support. Provide other assistance as requested by the teachers.
- Lunchroom supervision. Playground supervision.
- Other appropriate duties as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to staff and students.
- Willingness to learn developmentally appropriate educational practices.

- Lunchroom supervision. Playground supervision.
- Ability to walk long distances.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Other appropriate duties as assigned.

Compensation- Monday
- Friday - $17 Per Hour
- Instructional Aide (4 hours) - $18 Per Hour Lunch / Recess (up to 3 hours)
