What You’ll Bring- High school diploma or GED required
- Active Para Pro certification, Substitute Teaching certification, or minimum of 36 college credits
- At least 18 years old
- TB test as required by the district
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Willingness to secure/maintain current clearances
- Supporting students in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
- Familiarity with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT familiarity welcomed but not necessary
- Reliable, empathetic, and collaborative attitude
- Deliver 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social assistance in classroom settings
- Implement IEPs and behavior support plans as directed by school teams
- Aid students in daily activities, transitions, and classroom participation
- Support mobility, supervision, and assist with personal care needs
- Foster safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments
