  • Full approval as a Michigan School Psychologist, will consider for internship year
  • Part-time Elementary School Psychologist
  • Building coordinator of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) with a strong understanding of MTSS and interpretation of data
  • Facilitate building level Section 504 Evaluations and meeting
  • Participate in building level special education evaluations under IDEA and Section 504 evaluations with strong diagnostic skills and experience participating in the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team process
  • Ability to take a lead role in functional behavioral analysis (FBA) and development of comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Building crisis support team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective collaboration with parents, educational staff and other professionals
  • Experience facilitating the IEP process
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis
  • Trained in, or willing to be trained in non-violent crisis intervention
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
Salary

Appropriate placement on the current Teacher's Master Agreement.
