Key Qualifications and

Experience:

• Certification/licensure as a School Psychologist, with credentials valid in Michigan
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
• Knowledge of MTSS/RTI processes, IEPs, and educational law
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to work across multiple locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho educational assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding individualized student support strategies
• Participate actively in Student Support Teams and IEP meetings
• Deliver counseling and intervention services directly to students in need
• Assist in crisis response and prevention efforts within the school community
• Maintain thorough records and documentation aligned with school and state guidelines

This position provides the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educational professionals and support a varied student population. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between school sites in Adrian and Tecumseh.
