- B.A. with Major or Minor endorsement in Social Studies (RX or CX).
- Current Michigan Certification or the ability to obtain
- Completed the MTTC test as pertains to endorsement
- Ability to motivate students.
- Ability to relate to a diverse student population.
- Ability to work with colleagues in a Professional Learning Community.
- Evidence of good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the use of different mediums, equipment, and technology preferred.
