A school district in the Detroit area is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time contract opportunity during the  school year. This itinerant position supports elementary students across three school buildings and offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative school team.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Full School Year
• school year
• Itinerant position across 3 elementary school buildings
• Contract available until a direct hire is found

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho educational evaluations and reevaluations
• Participate in and attend MTSS meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Support student intervention planning and progress monitoring
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate assessment documentation and compliance

Student Population:

• Elementary students
• Support across 3 school buildings

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist certification required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
