The successful candidate will handle multiple projects of varying scale, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of relevant experience. This role includes developing project scopes, engineering schedules, and risk assessments, as well as working closely with Facilities Operations and engineering teams.

The candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills and proficiency in HVAC controls design.
