We are always looking for new talents and highly specialized professionals, more specifically for:
to support the development, integration, and validation of automotive systems and components, with a focus on wiring harnesses, high-voltage architectures, requirements engineering, and system definition activities across both software and hardware domains.
The role involves defining, managing, and tracing system requirements using industry-standard tools, supporting system architecture design, and ensuring proper integration and validation of components within complex vehicle platforms.
Key responsibilities for the position:- Define, analyze, and manage system requirements using DOORS, Polarion
, or equivalent tools. - Develop and maintain system architecture for both HW and SW domains.
- Contribute to the design and validation of wiring harnesses and High or Low Voltage (HV/LV) systems
. - Ensure correct system-level interfaces, signal definitions, and component interactions.
- Coordinate and supervise component integration, including ECUs, sensors, actuators, HV units, and control modules.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, specifications, and interface control documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, testing, and vehicle integration teams.
- Proven experience in System engineering in the automotive or industrial domain.
- Strong experience with requirements engineering, including DOORS or Polarion.
- Knowledge of HV/LV systems
, wiring harnesses, and vehicle electrical/electronic architectures. - Understanding of SW and HW architecture, interfaces, and system decomposition.
- Experience with component integration and system-level validation.
- Familiarity with vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostic concepts.
- Ability to manage traceability, configuration, and change control across complex systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system engineering or requirements management in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of vehicle E/E architectures, HV safety concepts, and integration processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset and capability to work cross-functionally.
