Integration Engineer

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a cutting-edge mobility and electrification organization, is seeking a skilled Project / Integration Engineer – Energy Systems Integration. This role is responsible for integrating high-voltage energy subsystems into a vehicle platform, owning HV bus architecture development, and coordinating cross‑functional engineering activities to meet performance, timing, and quality targets.

• Support integration of HV battery, thermal systems, charging systems, HV/LV bus, and HV safety systems into the vehicle platform
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering studies and technical activities across the Energy Systems organization
• Lead weekly integration meetings and manage technical agenda topics
• Own integration of HV components into the HV bus architecture, including mechanical and electrical interfaces
• Develop and maintain HV bus specifications, LV bus support documentation, and HV mechanization diagrams
• Partner with Functional Safety and HV Safety teams to define validation and compliance test plans
• Provide technical expertise in integrating power electronics within high‑voltage architectures
• Participate in DFMEA reviews and cross‑functional engineering evaluations

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 3–10 years of experience in high‑voltage or energy systems integration
• Experience integrating HV components within vehicle electrical architectures
• Knowledge of HV bus architecture design and mechanization diagrams
• Experience with power electronics integration
• Experience supporting DFMEA and validation test planning
• Understanding of functional safety standards related to HV systems
• Experience with electrified vehicle platforms
• Familiarity with HV battery systems, charging systems, and thermal integration
• Exposure to HV safety compliance and validation processes
• Experience supporting rapid technical feasibility studies
