Product Integration & Sustainability Manager
We’re looking for a Product Integration & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing, quality, cost, and sustainability into product design—from concept to industrialisation.
Your mission:
Drive "right-first-time" product development by embedding the following:
- Reduce late‑stage design changes
- Improve launch readiness
- Make sustainability a core engineering input—not an afterthought
- Align engineering with real‑world production and supplier constraints
Your role:
Act as the bridge between Engineering & Operations, leading global cross‑functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
- Six‑Sigma Black Belt is an asset
- 5 years experience in manufacturing‑driven product development
- Expertise in industrialisation, DfX methodologies, and cross‑functional leadership
- A systems mindset balancing cost, quality, speed, and sustainability
