- Collaborate on test strategies for pre‑silicon, post‑silicon, prototype, and production builds
- Ensure requirements traceability and compliance throughout the development lifecycle
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams during production ramp
- Support DFM, DFT, reliability, qualification, and failure analysis activities
- Address hardware obsolescence, component changes, and system updates
- Ensure systems meet regulatory, safety, and industry certification requirements
- Act as a technical bridge across hardware, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in systems or hardware engineering
- Strong experience with microelectronics, chips, and hardware platforms
- Hands‑on experience with hardware integration and system testing
- Proven ability to lead system‑level design and integration efforts
