Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; master's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related fields preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience, preferably with large multi-national organizations.
  • Expertise in large-scale construction projects with a focus on performance improvement and change management.
  • Field experience in industries such as oil and gas, mining, energy, and chemicals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful materials including presentations and reports.
  • Exceptional time management skills in a complex setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a knack for inclusivity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, working in diverse environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and potentially other languages.
