• Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms tailored to research objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to design experiments and validate AI models.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and integrate relevant techniques into ongoing projects.

• Document research methodologies, experimental results, and technical processes clearly and thoroughly.
• Present findings and progress reports to internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to research publications and conferences.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and proficiency in ML frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data pre processing, feature engineering, and managing large data sets.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
