We are looking for a hands-on HIL Engineer with experience in automotive Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, dSPACE systems, and bench-level validation. The ideal candidate will work on Power Net test benches, execute manual and automated tests, and support system validation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform HIL testing and validation for automotive systems
- Work on Power Net test benches (manual + automation)
- Set up and configure dSPACE HIL environments
- Develop and execute automated test scripts
- Create and manage test cases in Test Rail
- Debug issues across hardware/software layers
- Collaborate with validation, controls, and software teams
- 3–5 years of Automotive HIL Testing experience
- Hands-on with dSPACE (bench setup + testing)
- Experience with Power Net test benches
- Experience with Test Rail (test case creation)
- Strong understanding of ECU validation & system testing
- Experience in test automation (Python/scripting)
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols
- Exposure to real-time systems/embedded validation
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Automotive/related field
