Principal EPC Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects?

We are seeking a Principal EPC Project Manager to lead the planning, development, execution, and commissioning of complex utility-scale renewable energy projects valued at over $100 million
.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving projects from concept through commercial operation while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder relationships, engineering coordination, procurement activities, construction execution, and commissioning efforts.

• Lead utility-scale renewable energy projects through the full project lifecycle
• Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) execution strategies
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers
• Coordinate internal teams, engineering firms, consultants, contractors, landowners, and government agencies
• Drive project performance against cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
• Present project updates and recommendations to executive leadership
• Manage multiple projects concurrently at varying stages of development and construction
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices

• 10+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, utilities, power generation, transmission, substations, or large infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
• Familiarity with SAP preferred
• PMP certification highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
