We are seeking a Manufacturing Validation Engineer III to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing validation processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement validation protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement manufacturing validation processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement validation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential validation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement validation plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing validation engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and PLC programming.
- Experience with machine learning and data analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
