3D CAD Designer

Job Description

• This position would be the lead responsible for maintaining the plant layout and carrier designs in
  
  D.
• Familiarity with Client assembly project standards are required.
• This person should be a self-starter and be capable of making accurate field observations, measurements and converting information supplied from other vendors into the overall composite plant layout.

• Maintain integration of supplier provided D drawings and integrate into a plant layout using scanned point cloud data to identify interferences and safety clearance concerns.
• Oversee timely and organized submission of all D CAD drawings on the ACC provided to Client by suppliers.
• Design in d carriers and conveyor equipment as required for program review.
• This individual will report to the Client Project Manager.

• Minimum () years of D CAD design in automotive manufacturing applications.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of all conveyor and automotive product carrier design.
• Must demonstrate experience with utilizing D point cloud environments in a design workflow.
