Job Description Summary Provide reliable, secure, and efficient IT support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Responsible for resolving end-user issues, maintaining local infrastructure, and delivering services aligned with global IT standards, policies, and SLAs.

Job Description:

Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA through the global service desk Provide hands-on support for end-user devices and collaboration technologies in hybrid environments

Operate and maintain local IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and endpoints

Perform monitoring, patching, lifecycle management, and ensure availability and security

Stage, deploy, and support end-user hardware and software

Maintain compliance with licensing, configuration, and asset standards

Administer user accounts and permissions where required

Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles

Identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams, global support, and vendors

Required Skills and Education Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience1–3+ years IT support experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
