Product Integration & Sustainability Manager – Global Automotive
We’re looking for a Product Integration & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing, quality, cost, and sustainability into product design – right from concept to industrialization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive “right-first-time” product development by embedding Design for Manufacturing, Production & Quality, Virtual validation (FEA & simulation), and Sustainability (CO₂, materials, recyclability).
- Reduce late‑stage design changes and improve launch readiness.
- Make sustainability a core engineering input, not an afterthought.
- Align engineering with real‑world production and supplier constraints.
- Act as the bridge between Engineering and Operations, leading global cross‑functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar).
- Experience in manufacturing‑driven product development (minimum 5 years).
- Expertise in industrialization, DfX methodologies, and cross‑functional leadership.
- A systems mindset balancing cost, quality, speed, and sustainability.
- 6
Sigma black belt is an asset.
