Position Overview:
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-op will support the AME team in improving assembly line efficiency, conducting performance studies, and developing technical specifications for operations build stations. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world manufacturing processes and offers valuable experience in engineering project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current line rebalance initiatives.
- Conduct OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) studies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing operations build station technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and collaborate with team members.
