Responsibilities- Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
- Create performance-based reports.
- Conduct delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering degree, full-time at an accredited college or university.
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
- Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
