• Drive “right‑first‑time” product development by embedding: reduce late‑stage design changes, improve launch readiness, make sustainability a core engineering input, and align engineering with real‑world production and supplier constraints.
• Act as the bridge between Engineering & Operations, leading global cross‑functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar).

  Sigma black belt is an asset.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing‑driven product development.
• Expertise in industrialisation, DfX methodologies, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Systems mindset balancing cost, quality, speed, and sustainability.
