We are seeking an Associate Technical Marketing Manager to help create and deliver technical content that educates customers, enables sales teams, and supports demand generation activities. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer or recent engineering graduate who is passionate about technology, manufacturing, and communicating complex concepts in ways that help customers succeed.

Working closely with experienced technical marketers, applications engineers, consultants, and sales teams, this individual will develop content and thought leadership around CAD, PLM, PDM, and simulation technologies used by manufacturers and product development organizations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine an engineering background with marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities Technical Content Creation
  • Develop technical blogs, articles, customer stories, solution briefs, and presentations.
  • Assist in creating videos, demonstrations, and webinar content.
  • Translate engineering concepts into customer-focused messaging that highlights business outcomes.
  • Support the development of content for engineers, engineering managers, manufacturing leaders, IT professionals, and executives.
Webinar and Video Support
  • Assist with planning and delivering technical webinars and virtual events.
  • Participate as a presenter or moderator for educational sessions.
  • Create short video content and demonstrations highlighting engineering best practices and software capabilities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and share technical knowledge.
  • Help develop sales toolkits, presentation decks, battle cards, and customer success stories.
  • Support account teams with technical materials that explain solution capabilities and business value.
  • Participate in customer meetings and events alongside senior technical and sales personnel.
Industry and Technology Learning
  • Build expertise in:
  • CAD
  • PLM
  • PDM
  • Simulation and analysis technologies
  • Learn about engineering workflows, digital transformation, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Engage with customers and internal experts to understand engineering challenges and opportunities.
Content Distribution and Performance
  • Support email campaigns, social media, webinars, and digital marketing programs with technical content.
  • Monitor content engagement and performance metrics.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and content effectiveness.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and helping customers solve engineering challenges.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new software and technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Preferred
  • Internship, co‑op, project, Formula SAE, Baja SAE, robotics, or engineering club experience.
  • Familiarity with one or more CAD systems such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Creo, NX, Autodesk Inventor, or Fusion.
  • Exposure to PLM, PDM, or simulation software.
  • Experience creating presentations, videos, or written technical documentation.
  • Interest in manufacturing, product development, and digital engineering.
Additional Experience Considered a Plus
  • MES, ERP, or digital manufacturing concepts.
  • AI and Generative AI applications for engineering.
  • Data analytics and digital thread initiatives.
  • IoT, Digital Twin, or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Basic understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
Success Metrics

The Associate Technical Marketing Manager will be measured on:
