Maintenance Engineer
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the commercial vehicle industry, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting Engine Assembly and Axle Assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting that will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $47 - $54/hour
What's the Job?
- Provide maintenance engineering support for Engine Assembly operations and Axle Assembly areas as needed.
- Troubleshoot tooling, equipment, and production issues to minimize downtime and support daily operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures for existing and new equipment.
- Review drawings and BOMs to establish recommended spare parts lists and support equipment reliability.
- Lead tooling, process improvement, and product change implementation projects.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in an assembly environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and equipment maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams, supervisors, and skilled trades.
