Cindavi is seeking a hands-on engineer to lead the qualification of automotive aluminum sheet for major automakers across North America. This build-from-the-ground-up role requires coordinating with OEMs, operations, quality, and sales to position our mill as the preferred supplier.
You will speak directly with OEM engineering teams, manage qualification timelines, and travel 30–40% to mills and customer sites. A relevant engineering degree and experience in material qualifications are required.
