Venteon is seeking an experienced Design Release Engineer for a seating-focused role in the Metro Detroit area. You will lead the release of Seat Complete systems, including JIT components, foam, trim, structures, heat and vent, and collaborate with Vehicle Integration teams to meet vehicle objectives.
The ideal candidate holds a BSME or equivalent, has 8+ years in seating design, and is proficient with APQP documents, DFMEA, DVP&R, and GD&T.
