This one doesn’t.
Your designs will actually get built, installed, and used in real manufacturing environments across North America. You’ll work directly with fabrication, assembly, and integration teams to solve real production challenges — not just release drawings and move on.
What you’ll be designing:- Robotic workcells & tooling
- Fixtures, weldments, and fabricated assemblies
- End-of-arm tooling & process carriers
- High variety of custom projects
- Direct customer interaction and project ownership
- Hands-on engineering culture
- Opportunity to see projects from concept → build → production floor
- Strong collaboration between engineering and fabrication teams
- 2–7 years of mechanical design experience
- Automation, tooling, or manufacturing equipment background
