* Job Description:

*** Lead process improvement, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
* Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models to support operational decision-making.
* Apply AI, machine learning, and data analytics to identify opportunities and improve manufacturing performance.
* Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
* Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
* All other duties as assigned.
** Required Skills and Education
*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
* Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
* Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
* Experience using AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, SQL, or related digital technologies is highly preferred.
