** Maintenance Engineer

** Engineering and Maintenance Department
** supporting the  
** Production, Skilled Trades, and Maintenance Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
** which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $40-$50/hour (Depending on Experience)

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide plant floor support for reactive and proactive maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

+ Respond as a 2nd-level support resource for unscheduled equipment downtime and machine failures.

+ Manage maintenance documentation including spare parts lists, schematics, maintenance plans, and machine prints.

+ Analyze maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.

+ Lead equipment retrofit, upgrade, and replacement projects while supporting new production line launches.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

+ 5-7 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related fields.

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance practices, and mechanical systems.

+

Experience with CMMS systems, preventative maintenance programs, and KPI analysis.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using AutoCAD or similar applications.
