About the Role

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver expert written and oral reports, and provide testimony in litigation matters when needed.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct field investigations to determine the cause and origin of structural failures, construction defects, and building envelope damage
  • Gather photographic evidence, conduct interviews, oversee field testing, and review construction drawings and historical documentation
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining causes of failure, extent of loss, repair scope, and remediation recommendations
  • Provide expert opinions and testimony in litigation matters
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinating with other experts to deliver timely client reports
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
  • PE license required (4th-year EIT with the ability to obtain PE licensure quickly will be considered)
  • 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering
  • Project management and/or field investigation experience preferred
  • NCEES record preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-assisted engineering/design software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical reports, legal documents, and financial records
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage
  • 401(k) and IRA Retirement Plan
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)
  • Maternity & Paternity Leave
  • Short & Long-Term Disability
  • Training & Development opportunities
  • Work from Home flexibility
