Continuum Services in Detroit, MI is seeking a Building Engineer to respond to tenant requests and operate all HVAC and MEP equipment. You will serve as a systems operator and supervise maintenance across a portfolio of properties.
The schedule is 7AM-3:30PM or 6AM-2:30PM with flexibility. Must have at least 3 years of building engineering experience; licenses such as Boiler/ Refrigeration are preferred but not required.
