Product Engineer

Our client, a growing,
employee-owned manufacturer serving the residential and commercial plumbing industry
, is seeking a Product Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of key products within the plumbing and hydronic heating markets.

This role involves taking products from concept to market
, improving existing designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Product Engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Global Sourcing, and Quality to drive product innovation, improve performance, and enhance profitability.

This position offers a fast track to a Program/Product Management role and future management positions

• Develop and enhance products from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Sourcing to establish product priorities.
• Manage project budgets and track product development costs.
• Identify manufacturing partners and ensure products meet required industry certifications.
• Partner with Quality Control on product testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of product training materials and technical content.

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with in residential/light commercial plumbing or hydronic heating required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
