We are filling On-Site Summer 2027 Internships in the following department/Engineering areas:

  • Quality
  • Production

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Summer Engineering Intern will gain valuable, hands-on, experience in the analyzation of production and manufacturing processes. You will learn to identify opportunities and implement changes that improve quality, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;
Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving design, material, or process. Internship candidates must be team-oriented, self-starting, and willing to assume practical application in a professional environment setting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Pass pre-employment screening (drug & background)
  • Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering student with an interest or experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting
  • Previous internship or automotive experience; basic understanding of industrial automation, Auto CAD, Solid Works, PLC, CNC, robotics, SPS and machine operation

MACI Intern

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
    - ON-SITE may be flexible, based upon course schedule requirements
  • Ability to start by or before end of May 2027 through mid-August 2027
