We are looking for someone to join our Commercial HVAC Technician, II whowill be responsible for overseeing, developing, and driving continuous improvements within preventative maintenance schedules for all internal HVAC laboratory and facility equipment at our Dearborn & Detroit, MI locations.

• Oversee, respond, and repair laboratory and facility HVAC equipment and test stands following the ticket system.
• Oversee, develop, and drive continuous improvements within PM – Preventative Maintenance schedules for all internal HVAC laboratory and facility equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment, including cascade refrigeration systems and associated controls.
• Conduct leak detection, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, and system commissioning in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair various electronic and mechanical-related HVAC systems across different manufacturers.
