Annual Compensation Range (USD) : $41,039.00 paid on bi-weekly basis.
A Brief OverviewThe Airport Customer Experience Associate help ensure a quality traveling experience for passengers in the airport terminal facilities via interactions with passengers, terminal inspections for cleanliness and function, and other related customer service opportunities.
What you will do- Interacts/Responds to customer inquiries in-person, via email or phone.
- Assists with terminal inspections for cleanliness and function as needed.
- Assist with special functions within the terminal as needed.
- Assists with onboarding and familiarizing new Airport Ambassador volunteers.
- Manages inventory of program assets such as office supplies, literature, uniforms, IT and other program supplies.
- Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
- High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency and three (3) or more years of customer service experience.
- Proficient with Office Suite Software (Core - Email, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation)
- Valid Driver's License and a safe, acceptable driving record

- Is guided by standard operating procedures, good practice, established precedents and understands what results or standards are to be achieved. Someone is generally available for reference and work may be checked on a sample/random basis.
- 3-5 Years:
Moderate previous experience required in the same or similar previous positions. The job requires a working understanding of common techniques, methods, practices, procedures, use of forms, routines, etc., of an intermediate nature in order to enter or begin performing the job. - Little guidance:
Finished work is reviewed for attainment of objectives and adherence to deadlines. The supervisor is available to assist in resolving problems. - Work is performed in accordance with standard practices and methods requiring initiative to complete recurring assignments independently and judgement to determine which of many methods are applicable in any given situation. There are a variety of job tasks; responsibilities and work situations are broader in scope, with limited opportunity for standardized solutions.
