Job DetailsMonitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to observe all gaming and non-gaming areas.
Detect and report suspicious activity, violations of gaming regulations, theft, cheating, and other incidents.
Document incidents in detailed reports and provide video evidence when applicable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, company policies, and surveillance procedures.
Assist in investigations as directed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to evaluate and identify deviations from established standards and procedures and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for each deviation.
Surveillance or loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
