Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Provides guest service and support by maintaining high visibility on the floor;
Delivers exceptional guest service through smiling, making eye contact, and verbally greeting all guests and team members;
Respond to guest needs, including slot machine inquiries, slot payouts, making change, processing jackpots, promotional participation, and general slot machine maintenance and trouble-shooting;
Maintains working knowledge of Michigan Gaming Control Board regulations and Greektown policies and procedures;
Demonstrates exemplary communication skills with guests and team members via in-person, radio, phone, and written communication
