Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel. Essential functions include direct inbound and outbound traffic, changing and moving signage as directed, coning off and opening parking spaces/levels as directed, walking garage levels and reporting hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams, physically counting occupied and un-occupied parking spaces, communicating parking policy to patrons, providing the highest level of guest service, training new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only), maintaining a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions, providing guests with directions and information about Greektown District, operating and moving guest vehicles if necessary, maintaining a thorough knowledge of the property, and other duties as assigned.
