TEMP FP&A

A great client is seeking a Interim FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to support their Finance team during a period of transition. The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience, hands-on Cap Ex process development experience, and a proven background in budget development within a complex organization.

The Interim FP&A Manager / Senior Manager role is a contract position and is expected to be remote.

• Provide hands-on FP&A leadership with minimal oversight, supporting an existing team of analysts
• Lead and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on high-level, scalable approaches
• Develop and implement a standardized Cap Ex review and approval process
• Build and evaluate business cases to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Review, streamline, and roll forward automated financial reports for the new fiscal year
• Analyze and standardize segment reporting to ensure consistency and clarity for executive leadership and the Board
• Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Identify process gaps and recommend best practices to improve FP&A effectiveness

• Strong FP&A background with experience operating in a hands-on Manager or Director-level role
• Ability to step in quickly and operate independently with little hand-holding
• Experience working with FP&A systems;
  Workday Adaptive experience strongly preferred
• ERP experience preferred (Epicor experience a plus)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
