We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role partners closely with the CEO and ownership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence,

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance
• Drive organic growth through margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy
• Lead M&A activities
  , including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
• Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
• Manufacturing background in automotive, aerospace, or medical industries preferred
• Mandatory proven experience in M&A
