As we expand, we are seeking driven Executive Loan Originators to join our team and grow with us!
Job Responsibilities- Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners
- Educate borrowers on loan options, qualification requirements, and the mortgage process
- Collect and review necessary documents for loan processing
- Stay up to date on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends
- Collaborate with our underwriting and processing team to ensure smooth and timely loan closings
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in OH, CO, SC, WI, MI, FL, TX, GA, TN, UT, CO, VA, IN (or willingness to obtain). More states to follow.
- Strong sales and networking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Encompass loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage technology is a plus
